H1B visa on passport. Stamping needed?

Hi,

I am having a H1B visa from Company A stamped on my passport which is valid till June 15, 2015. I moved to a different company B and company A revoked my H1B. With Company B, I got new H1B which is valid till January 26, 2016. I am going to India in march and coming back on April 19, 2015. I am now confused on whether to go for stamping or not? If I have to go then I need to H1B amendment. Please let me know your thoughts. I am confused on looking different forums.

You don't need stamping, all you need to carry new H1B approval copy to show at POE while returning back
