Hello everyone,
I am currently working on H1B VISA and my wife is on dependent VISA H4. I came to U.S in Oct 2010 and got my extension papers approved but haven't got it stamped. Now my wife(H4) has to go to India for an emergency, so can she do her stamping at Chennai (without me getting stamped for my extension)? What is the extension process and will it be delayed ? Please advise ASAP.
