Hello everyone,
I am currently on L1 and my employer is ready to process H1 COS or Standalone for me. Changing to H1 would hamper my wife's employment opportunities and so am looking for the best options to enable her to continue working.
1. Option 1 would be to apply for H1 for her too via some consultancy
2. If I go for H1 Standalone then does that mean that she can keep working on L2 even if my H1 is approved and I dont visit India?
Any other options? Looking forward for your suggestions
