    H1b

    I Just came to US in Jan for Company A.
    I am in Bench for 2 months haven't been assigned to project.
    Right know i have an emergency I have to travel back to my Home town.

    If i go suddenly due to my emergency I have to what will happen to my visa ? Dont know when i will come back.

    Whether i will be in any law probelm?

    Company A employer can sue me or something like that ?

    Please Advice.

    Work bonds in US are illegal. If you go back to your home country by duly notifying your employer, it should not pose any problem for you. Your visa stays unaffected, till its expiry date.
