Hi All,
My passport will be expired on 04/19/2015. Next week I am filing an application to re-issue in Houston Office. I have following queries.
1. What if I dont get my new passport before 04/29/2015, will it impact my visa status? Will it impact me while coming back to USA? Or passport and visa are two different matter.
2. I born in Gujarat, but my village used to be in SURAT district. Now District is changed to TAPI. Do I need to submit any affidavit for it? Do I need to put TAPI in re-issue application?
3. In bellow form desired service should be "re-issue" or "fresh" passport.
4. What should I put in first two line in following form. Actually you need to fill bellow form and than print. After that you can see bellow options.
First line : Amount paid $/E-----------Bye---------------Mode of Payment
Second line : For delivery by mail $/E------------extra to be paid as postal charges for each passport
