Hey guys.
I've got h1b visa from bodyshop this year, but decided not to join that company for reasons - one of them is they make me offer with one salary, but salary in h1b application is lower, as well as they rejected to pay my moving expenses, while we were agreed on that from the beginning.
So, I made visa transfer before entering USA, I joined other company for already 4 months. Today I received email that they want to suit me for $5000 as price for visa application and fees.
Can anyone advise me what should I do? Thanks
