Hello I have stamped H1b visa and I will be traveling in march 2015 to us for the first time.

how soon can I apply for H4 visa for my wife and my kid.

You can apply anytime after getting your H1.

Any reason why you all did not go for stamping together ?

my Kid was only 2 months old and he was at his mothers place , and his passport was under processing..so we decided to go for processing later.

if this going to be a problem?
