H1B Visa Documents
Hi,
I am going for the H1B visa stamping on 16th of this month (@ Delhi Consulate). Somewhere I saw that, other than DS156 and DS157 one more doc "H1B Quetionnaire" needs to be carry along the other docs. In the Deslhi consulate website I didn't find this information. Does this really required ?
Also, My name and DOB are wrong on my H1 Approval Notice. Name is not completely wrong, it's mis-spelt one letter and for DOB year is wrong. Then I informed to my employer and they informed to INS immediately. Till today we didn't recieved the amend approval notice from INS. I am going for the VISA with the old Approval Notice. When my employer asked the same with INS, they told that I can attend the VISA intvw with the old approval notice it I didn't recvd the amended notice and consulate officer can chk internally with INS. Will this cause any problems ? Pls. advice me.
