H1B Cap related and revival of old H1
Hi,
I had an H1B from my one of the employers and i utilised it for not more than 1.5 years of stay in US. It was issued in 2005 and it was valid until Oct 2008. What i want to know is whether the same H1B can be renewed by my new employer or i need to file fresh H1 and should come through cap?
It is been more than 6 years since it expired. Can someone educate me on this?
