Hi All

Recently I traveled to US with my H1B. I was in Bench. Not assigned to project.

After a Month due to sudden emergency reason I came back to India for a while.

Can i travel back to US to the same employer? Whether any problem i will be facing at the time of port of entry?

You playing with your luck. Even while on bench the employer should pay you as per LCA. Though rare, but if you get asked about the employer and for paystubs during secondary inspection, especially if USCIS has your employer on their watchlist, then you could be in trouble.
