My H1 and Driver's License are expiring on 18th April and currently in the process of H1 extension. (yet to be filed)
My company doesn't pay for the H1 premium. As per uscis website, processing time for about 2 months. But it could take more time depending on RFE.
Because of short time for the expiry, is it possible to get a temporary Driver's License in Georgia. ?
It seems Georgia has started giving temp license if H1 ext is pending.
I'm not sure if any one has tried it. Would it be better to opt for premium processing of H1 ext to avoid any problems?
