Is there any timeframe for travel to US from the date of H1B visa stamped?

Hi,

I am now in India. and had my H1B stamped from Oct 2014 and validity for 3 years.
But I will travel to US in july 2015 only.

Is there any timeframe for travel to US from the date of H1B visa eligibility?

Is there any condition that i have to travel to US within 6 months/1 year from the date of eligibility (in my case oct 2014) ?

No such condition, just the additional paperwork to reclaim those 6 Months, if at all you want to in the future.
