    visa changing

    hi,

    I got my h1 visa on Dec 8 . Now my US company has changed its policies and I don't want to join there. I got another offer from US.
    My query is that can I go to US with the present visa and transfer it to the new company visa without joining my present company or I have to transfer it here.Which one is best?
