Hello everyone,
So I have a question which I cant really find an answer for. I am currently working at a company X in Canada. I just got an offer from a company Y which will apply for an H1B visa. If that goes through i would plan to work for it. At the same time, my current employer want me to move to US on a L1 visa and wants me to start the application process as soon as possible. If the H1B visa doesn't come through for company Y, we would like to work for the company X with the L1.
The questions are :
1) Its it okay to apply for the two different visas for 2 separate employers at the same time ?
2) If I get accepted on L1 visa then receive the acceptance for the H1B visa, How do I change visas and companies legally ?
3) What happens for a dependant that would have to change from L2 to H4 ?
