I studied CA which is like a CPA over here.
And i got the H1 as a SAP FICO (which is near to what i studied)
But, actually i am not working as a SAP FICO.....I had moved completely to different technology as Java Support guy
Again my employer filed for an extension same as SAP FICO role and it got approved last week.
Now the current situation is, i got a Full time offer from Client.
So the client is now applying the H1 with the job duties (JAVA SUPPORT) that i am actually working on.
These Job duties are completely different from the previous H1B job duties.
My employer is stating that with same client location in LCA with two different job titles for same person in such a short notice will trigger RFE on Beneficiary/Employer
So my question is... will there be any problem for me or to the previous employer ?
if the client applies the H1 with the duties that are nowhere related to the duties in the earlier H1?
Advance Thanks
