H1B transfer outside US

Hi Experts,
I have H1B visa from my current company A, but since I got a new offer from company B I got it transferred to them. But now I have changed my mind and would like to stay with A and travel to US. Is this possible or will this lead to any complication?
I have never entered US before and this will be my first time.
Please advise.

Dont see any issue. As long as you have a valid visa, petition and employment still with A.
