First of all I would like to say that I am extremely happy as it seems that I have finally found a forum filled with people who pursue the exact same goal as I do. I hope you can help me out with my question.
I just recently completed an internship in the USA so I am familiar with the general procedure when it comes to applying for a visa. My dream is to obtain a work permit and subsequently move to the US but unfortunately based on what I have been reading up on over the past couple of months, attracting the attention of a company willing to sponsor an H1B seems to be the most challenging part.
So I would like to hear your advice/experience on how to go about contacting potential companies. Do I have any chance by simply asking for a position via email and sending in my resume? Do you have any recommendations on where to get started?
