H1B revoke message from USCIS
Hi,
I came to USA on Feb 2008, on OPT i have worked till Sep 2011. My H1 started from Oct 2011, till feb 12 2012 i have worked with employer A. In Feb 2012, for emergency reason i went to India. My visa is kept under admin processing under 221G. Currently, i'm outside USA, now i contacted few employers and lawyers, where they confirmed that they can transfer my visa under cap-exempt. But when i have checked my previous 221G and visa status in uscis website with EAC number. I got following message, and it was quite worrying me a lot. Please let me know, if this impact my h1-b transfer or cap-exempt filing.
On December 19, 2013, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number EAC YYYY YYYY X, and mailed you a revocation notice.
My employer never intimated me about this status either I never looked back, since i was working in other country. Even i'm unable to do e-request.
