Saving Capacity in Indiana

Hi,

I plan to go for the H1 stamping on jan 3 for an US employer and i will be deployed in Indianapolis..i am offered 45 k..what will be the saving capacity of the state..Apart from the basic expenses.I mean like to know about the tax imposed.

Federal taxes are same everywhere. State taxes are not much different in places.

Living expenses in Indianapolis are low comparatively.
