First of all - apologies for being stupid, but I really do not know if my company's immigration team filed me second time H1B in Cap exempt or Cap counted. Here'e the details;
First H1B - 11/2008 till 09/2011
Second H1B - 12/2012 till 11/2013
These are the H1B validity dates on my visa stamping. Right now I am on valid I-94.
Can I say with a certainty that my second term H1B was cap counted since it was more than a year between the H1B?
BTW (I am not sure if it helps) I left US the first time in September 2010.
How do I know if my second term was cap counted or cap exempt? (assuming I cannot reach our immigration team)
