Filing of 8th year H1B1 extension

Hi,

I am working on H1B1 visa for the 7th consecutive year as my GC labor application was filed two years back.

I have to file my 8th year H1B1 visa extension. I want to know if I have to file myself (not filing through lawyer); then what kind of documents / forms / letters I have to send to Immigration Department.

Your advice will help me greatly since I have to pay the fee if I go through the lawyer.
