Hi,
Me and my wife are currently in USA. I am on H1B and my wife is on dependent H4 visa. Our visa extension is filed and application is under progress with USCIS.
I will not be travelling during the extension period but, my wife will be travelling to India in June and return on 30-June-15. Our visa stamp is expiring on 30-July-15.
In this scenario:
1. Can she go to US embassy in India for stamping in June, if we receive the extension approval before June?
2. Is she allowed to enter US on her current visa stamp, when the new H1B extension has been already approved ? Will there be any issue with I-94?
3. Do we have to complete any documentation, if the extension is received in July after she is back to USA in June ?
