Our company has filed L1B individual petition (new) recently under premium processing. Few days back we got RFE for my petition. We have not responded to the RFE yet.
Our company is willing to file H1B petition also with a different designation (less job duties when compared to L1B) now.
Will the different designation creates any problem since the both petitions are for the same beneficiary?
In case both the petitions get approved, do we need to intimate USCIS to cancel one petition after my Visa is approved for other petition? Can you please share USCIS links for the petition cancellation procedure?
Or will approval of one petition cause automatic invalidation of the other petition?
Can you please let me know what is advised in this situation?
