Hi my wife had H1B and got lay off and so she went to H4. She is currently on H4. Now a company offered her a Job full time and they will file for her COS from H4 to H1B. How much time does H4 to H1B takes, if they file in Premium Processing. If not in premium how long does that take. Also are they any problem which may occur during this COS Process?
