H1-B expired work permit
Dear Friends,
I need your suggestions and help on following....I had H1-B workpermit grant in 2003 and visa stamped on 2004 for 3 years and I have travelled using the visa for 10 months and later stayed in India. I would like to know is it possible to renew unutilized duration of the workpermit and what is process to be followed.
Work permit grant date: 12/09/2003
Work permit valid untill: 05/30/2006
