Regarding delay in posting multislot LCA - H1B FY 15-16
Dear All,
I am working in TCS. I have applied for H1B Visa. On 26th March they have asked my Onsite manager to Post LCA notice in client Place.
It is a multislot LCA. As it is now only less than a week before petition filing will start, I am just wondering that will they be able to get certified LCA and can file my petition before USCIS stops receiving petition.
