Hi,
I came to USA on B1 visa and did H1B COS. Its been more than 1 1/2 years i am on H1B working. Recently i did H1B transfer to client and became full time employee of client (Now my current employer).
My questions:
1. Now planning to send my family for H4 stamping in india with Client H1B approval documents. Will there be any problem for H4 stamping because i did B1 to H1B?
2. Is it must to have paystubs of client. as i transfered recently so i don't have enough paystubs yet. But i do have my previous employer all paystubs. Can my family go for H4 stamping with client H1B approval and previous employer paystubs? will there be any problem.
3. What kind of questions my family have to face for H4 stamping?
