I will finish question in simple.
I have changed my client on Sep-2014 from client-A (CA State) to Client-B(NY State). My employer applied LCA at client B. But starting from Jan-01 2015 i'm working remotely from different state (Texas) but still working for same client-B. There is no change in my Job Duties.
Question:
1> Do i need to apply LCA for working location where i'm working remotely from Texas?
2> Where do i need apply Amendment?
3> My payroll is running for Texas state, is it correct or wrong?
Please help me answer above questions.
