Hi,
My wife is on H4 and her passport does not carry Surname. Due to this fact, the Visa was issued with FNU as the Surname. Due to this getting license and other US related documents are an issue. She is leaving to India and VISA needs to be stamped as her existing is expired and she has the approval for extension. I am planning to change her Indian passport with proper first and last name. With the change in passport, will there be a problem for her getting issued a VISA. Kindly advise and also let me know the process for the Name change/Visa application.
