Hello,
I attended H1b Visa interview in Chennai US Consulate on March 4th along with my wife & son (H4).
Consular gave me a blue slip which reads, We would need more admin side processing time before we can take a decision. Consular returned all of my documents as well as passports. Consular also said that we don't need any more documents from you but we just need more time for processing your case.
Today, I received an email saying my documents are returned to VFS Bangalore. I went into find that they sent another blue letter which reads, submit this letter back along with your passport.
Any idea what happens from now ?
Does it mean that my visa is approved ? Are these any instances where passports are collected for H1B visa but returned them without Visa stamping ?
Thanks
Chris
