Dear All,
I am currently working with the role of Programmer Analyst and hold H1B visa. However, i am looking for change to management roles. I did MBA recently and couple of management certifications and i am looking for suitable roles. Now, I want to understand whether it is possible to do a job profile change while doing H1B transfer to a new employer. Please help me to understand how such transfer works where job profile change is also involved.
