221(g) for the client address

Hi,
I have got 221(g) when i went 1st time and they asked for client photos, signed letter from the client and the complete itinerary of the services. Again i went with all those details. They have tried to see the client address in the client photos or in the client website. But, they couldnt find it. they also searched in google maps. finally they again given 221(g) asking for a notalized letter from the client confirming the address where the photographs were taken. They have taken all my H1 papers and staped the google maps to those documents.They asked me to drop the documents in the drop box.
I have the following doubts. They didnt look at the other documents and only focussed on the client photos.
1. will they enquire for the client address in the US also?
2. Will be it done if i just drop the documents in the drop box?
3. How many days it takes after dropping the documents

Could anyone please reply to me?

They have checked the option " Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made. The office will contact you once this administrative processing has been completed"
and again checked " Your application requires additional information as indicated below. You may submit the documents by the following method:

You may submit the additional documents via drop box using VFS services "


the above options they have checked and then written on the bottom of the page " Original notirized letter from the client confirming the address/site where photographs were taken".

sorry to update you... they have taken all my H1 documents and stapled the print outs of the maps taken to find out the client address.

so they took all the documents,did they take ur passport and dd.did they tell anything about stamping on the passport means how to send passport,dd.

Hi Bunny,

They have taken all the documents and just returned back only the passport. From there only i returned back. So, i didnt get a chance to give my DD.

They asked me to drop the documents in the dropbox. Then i need to drop the original notary from the client, passport, ds-156 and dd.

Same Query as AAP after 221g

Same thing happened to me also on March 23rd 2006.

What they do is they will do Client Verification, Employer Verification and once this process is finished, they will get back to u through a phone call.

This will take min. 6 weeks, so the better way is waiting.........
