Hi,
I applied for my H1B in 2014 and have a valid petition. I got 221G form during my interview because, I didnot have client letter. My client doesnot provide Client Letter. My employer could not help me with any alternative except SOW and Client agreement copy. Hence, I cannot go with the existing client and employer anymore.
Now, I am planning to transfer my H1B to another employer and client. I want to know what are the chances of my success for getting my H1B stamped, incase I can get all my documents (client letter, SOW, client agreement etc.) from new employer.
People are suggesting me not to apply with old petition and reapply for new one, since old petition has chances of more scrutiny by visa consulates and chances of failure are more. But I am not willing to cancel my old petition since I have to again wait for lottery and if incase I dont get selected in lottery this time, what will happen. I am in a big dilemma now.
Please suggest what to do?
