221g to Spouse never answered by us.

I was in USA and my spouse applied for H4. She got 221g. I guess it was a white / green (not sure) slip. Denial reason given to my wife was that my visa status is not clear to them. I transferred my L1 to H1.

She was asked to submit a lot of docs related to my job. I transferred my L1 to H1. It was taking a lot of time for documentation so I left my job in USA and I came back to India.

We never replied to 221g.

Now I have found another employer and I am applying for my H-1B again. I have to go for consulate process for stamping.

Will the non-response could cause any issue in the interview?
