DS 160 Application for my Kids

Dear All,

My kids passports mother's name will be Jenny Cordelia Jeyasingh(maiden name) and not as Jenny Milton(married name) which was changed recently in my wife's passport during her renewal.

Will that cause any issue since the main applicant name for H4(I797) is Jenny Milton(not Jenny Cordelia Jeyasingh) and beneficiarys as my kids.

And while filling DS160, i should fill mother's name as Jenny Cordelia Jeyasingh(as per kids passport) or as Jenny Milton(mother's latest passport)

Is your name correct in their passports? if yes, then I think it is fine.

Mother's name in passport should not affect much as long as your name is correct in their passports. Also in kids DS-160 mention your wife's latest passport name.

As for your spouse's DS-160 her name should as per her latest passport.

Do carry marriage certificate with changed name or marriage certificate with old name but with the affidavit for name change.
