old passport expired Will it be needed to get H4 Visa

Hi,

I was in US in H4 and studied from 4th to 6th grade. I returned to India in 2002.
The passport (minor) that carried the H4 visa expired in 2004.

I have a new Passport (issued in 2012). But now I have lost my old expired minor passport .

I will be applying for H4 visa again
Will I need the old passport?
What should I do?

I dont think so but it might be a good idea to report to the police station about the lost passport.
