Need Info on Expired H1B Visa

Dear All,

My Employer Filed H1B in 2007 and Visa got stamped in 2008 and it was Valid till 2011 July. I have Never Travelled to USA on this Visa and not on any Other Visa.

Is there any chance to renew this Visa?? or is it completely of no use now ? Please help.

I heard about Cap Exempt , but not sure whether my case is applicable here.

Since you were cap counted over 6 Years back, I dont think you are cap exempt. You would need to be part of a fresh cap in April 2016.
