Travel to US after H1 transfer

Hi All,

Please help in providing info to my query.

I am on H4 VISA and have VISA validity till August 2016.

My husband works for company A and came to US on H1 VISA.

Question: I am going to India for 4 months trip. My husband joining company B next month after getting H1 transfer.

Do I need to go for VISA stamping again to enter into US?

If VISA stamping is not required, Please let me know the documents which needs to be carried during travel.

You need not go for fresh visa stamping. To show at the port fo entry you need to carry latest approval notice (I797) for the employer for which your spouse would be working
, carry marriage certificate, his latest paystubs, spouse's latest I-94.
