  • Regarding H1B stamping

I came to US via Employer1 on H1B. Got it transferred to Employer2. Visa expiration date on my passport for Employer1 is valid till year 2016.
If I travel to India, will I need to go for stamping again?

Technically not required but advisable to do so as there have been some recent cases where a stamped H1 was cancelled at the POE as the person didnt have client letter/SOW with the new employer.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

      Thanks Raghvi.
I traveled in January this year after changing employer. Didn't face any issues but you are right, it is better to have new stamped for employer2.
