Hi,
My employer raised an amendment for role change under Non-Premium and it later got upgraded to PP. The status on USCIS website shown as "Upgraded to Premium".
After the upgrade, I got an RFE. We responded to the RFE in 2 days with documents like SOW, Client Invite Letter etc.
I saw the status on USCIS website updated to "RFE Review" in 3-4 days and finally to "Approved" in 1 day. The status is being shown as "Approved" for 4 days now.
Being a premium case, my Attorney didn't receive any email with the approval notice yet. Its been 3 days since the status has been approved to "Approved". How much time does the email generally take?
Could you please explain if the upgrade cases do not receive email notifications from USCIS? or Is the website showing the status as "Approved" by mistake?
