H4 Dependent Travel

Hi,

I am having h1 visa which is valid till October 1st, 2015. My spouse and kid is planning to travel on July 15 with their current visa ( I94 valid till October 1, 2015). I have given for extension of my current visa and this is under processing. I am planning for extension of h4 visa only after they reach US in July 2015. Could you please advise is it good to travel?
