I was working with company A, then i got offer from company B. I signed company B's offer letter and company A got to know about it.So they asked me to resign and i had to resign 2 days back. Now Company B is running my background , it may take 3 more days to receive my H1B transfer receipt so is it OK to stay in America these 5-6 days. Company A did not cancel my benefits till now so am I still in status. Will it affect my future visa stamping. I am worried please help.
