How would i know that my H1 B Transfer is happning and can i stop it in middle?

Hi,

I am working for X employer in India and they don't have any US opportunity right now. Now, Y employer from US gave me offer and wanted all of my documents to initiate H1B transfer. I shared all the documents but i am not sure to move to Y.

Now, how would i know that Y initiate my H1 B transfer since i shared all the documents with him? Would he need my approval now? Will i get any email? If X gave me US opportunity then can i change my mind?

!!! This is very Urgent. Please help.
