Hello,
My currant I797 has expiry date in October 2016. But my stamped visa expiry date is in January 2016. My currant I 94 expiry date is in October 2016.
Now I am planning to go to India for my wedding in November 2015. I would be back in December 2015. Since my visa expiration date will be near when I will visit India, Do I need to go to consulate for my visa extension?
IF I need to go, Should I go on same I797 or I should have new extended I797 which has longer validity?
Moreover, I am planning to get my spouse on H4 visa at the same time. Will it effect to my spouse's visa?
