My employer applied for H1 on 1st April 2015, but I would like to work for another employer on OPT immediately.
Can they cancel my application now ?
My 12 month opt is getting expired on 14th June but my stem extension is in process.
I do not have long term plans to stay in USA. My OPT should be enough for me to work.
can someone help ?
