I am in US currently & planning for a H1b transfer to a new company.How long does it take for H1 B Transfer?
Should I be present in US for the whole duration of H1B transfer ?
Can I go to India meanwhile (once I get the confirmation of H1B transfer) for a vacation & be back on new H1B if it takes a longer time.
Is there anything like premium transfer for this. Does anyone knows how much it costs as against the normal transfer?
