    Second H1 stamping with dui

    Got my first and only dui in Mar 2015. I have to go to India in Aug or Sep 2015 to get visa stamped. Based on forum research, I know VO will give a 221g with panel physician referral. But will I have to wait for one full year from the incident in order to do the tests? Very worried and would appreciate advice from this forum
