Hi,
I am suresh...I went to chennai consulate for 1st time ..they given me the 221(g) by asking the project details..I went with the documents again..they said that marketing analysis document is wrong ...So I taken the updated marketing analysis documents again...They said that this is not what we asked....they are asking the documents with revenue details of the project ..... They asked me to drop the documents in the DropBox and they retained my H1B petitions (I797,I129 and all..)and all my project details documents and then returned back my passport and DD only....
He given 221(g) mentioning the details of the documents....I don't know why he retained all my H1B petitions..
My degree is bachelor of engineering in Information Technology.
If I drop the required documents,
How much time it will take to process ?
When I have to send my passport to them ?
Please any one clarify me....
