Hello,
I started with a new employer under H1B in NJ from October'14 and in Jan'15 I moved to a different client in California,also my job duties changed after moving to California. My employer did not file an amendment for change in location and job duties.
I am now planning to get my Visa transferred to a new employer in California.
What are my chances of getting the transfer approved? Will there be any problems because of amendments not filed?
