I work for a Consulting Company based in Texas since Oct-2013. When my H1B was filed, the LCA and H1B was filed mentioning I would be working out of the company office in Texas. However for the past 18 months, I have been working at WA state at various Client locations. The LCA was filed for those various Client locations, but no H1B amendment was done. I am on the look out for a new job or considering converting to H4-EAD (as it will give me better job options once I receive my EAD). Will there be an issue in the Transfer of H1B OR conversion to H4-EAD since no H1B amendment has been done. My pay stubs shows my WA state Home address. Thanks
